Shipping & Returns

Production Time

Every print is made to order. Most orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Framed prints typically dispatch within 24–96 hours depending on your region. Complex handmade frames may occasionally take up to 7 days.

Shipping Options

We ship worldwide from print facilities nearest to you — shorter distances mean faster delivery and less environmental impact.

• Standard — may be tracked or untracked depending on destination
• Express — courier with tracking, for time-sensitive orders
• Overnight — available from select US & UK facilities

All US orders are tracked regardless of shipping tier. A tracking email is sent when your order ships.

Returns & Cancellations

Because every piece is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This is standard for all print-on-demand products under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (personalised/bespoke goods exemption).

Cancellations are accepted before production begins — email us immediately at hello@artprintsforchristians.com and we will do our best to stop the order.

Damaged or incorrect items — if your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us with photos within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a free replacement. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot replace orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
