Return & Refund Policy
Every piece is made to order
Because each print is produced specifically for you through our print partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is standard for made-to-order (bespoke) products — by placing an order you agree it is non-refundable once production has begun.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts. Email us right away at hello@artprintsforchristians.com with your order number and we will stop the order if it has not yet gone to print. Once production has commenced, an order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email hello@artprintsforchristians.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement. If a piece cannot be remade, we will issue a full refund for it. You will not be charged for replacements or return postage on our errors.
Lost in transit
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will arrange a free replacement. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot replace orders lost due to an incorrect address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
How to start a claim
Email hello@artprintsforchristians.com with (1) your order number, (2) a brief description of the issue, and (3) photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We respond to every claim personally.
