What is a giclée print?
Giclée (from the French for "sprayed ink") is the gold standard of fine art printing. It uses ultra-fine archival inkjet technology to reproduce artwork at museum quality, with exceptional detail, colour accuracy, and longevity. Our prints are certified to last 100–200 years in optimal conditions.
What paper do you use?
All fine art prints are produced on acid-free archival paper using neo pigment inks with enhanced light stabilisers. These are far more durable than standard dye-based inks and carry a 100+ year colour guarantee.
How are the frames made?
Our classic frames are handcrafted from sustainably sourced wood. Each framed print includes a cotton mat, 310gsm giclée print, anti-reflective glaze, and acid-free backing. Frame sizes listed are the aperture (glaze) size — the overall frame will be slightly larger.
What mat sizes do the frames have?
Frames 10×10" or below include a 1" mat. Frames up to 11×14" include a 1.5" mat. Frames 12×16" and above include a 2" mat. Mat card is 2.4mm deep.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We work with print facilities that continuously calibrate their printers, monitors, and scanners to ensure the closest possible match between screen and print. Minor variations are normal across different display types.
Where are orders printed and shipped from?
Orders are automatically routed to the print facility nearest to you — we have facilities in the US, UK, and mainland Europe, plus 70+ manufacturing partners worldwide. This means faster delivery and a smaller carbon footprint.
How long does delivery take?
Most framed prints are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Add 2–7 business days for standard shipping depending on your location. Express and overnight options are available at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted before production begins. Email hello@artprintsforchristians.com as soon as possible. Once in production, we cannot guarantee a cancellation but will do our best.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@artprintsforchristians.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Is there Prodigi branding on the packaging?
No. All orders ship fully white-label with no supplier branding. Packing slips show no cost prices.
